CA (Dr.) Sushil Kumar Lal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and Senior Partner of Peer Reviewed Chartered Accountants Firm, New Delhi.

Dr. Lal has completed Certification Course on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which deals in Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation and Negotiations & Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD), Ind AS and Executive Master Program-New Age Auditors from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Dr. Lal is visiting faculty of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs for 11 month Valuation Course under Ministry of Corporate Affairs and empanelled as peer reviewer by the Peer Review Board of ICAI.

He was nominated as Co-opted member on the Committee on Accounting Standards for Local Bodies of NIRC of the ICAI for 2019-20, Deputy Convener of Accounting Standard Research Study Group of NIRC of ICAI (2011) and Member of Accounting Standard Research Study Group of NIRC of ICAI (2010).

In 2010, Dr. Lal was nominated as a Technical Advisor of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.

He was Member of Finance Committee of Delhi Management Association (DMA), Delhi from 2018 to 2020 and Think Tank for finance committee of Delhi Management Association (DMA), Delhi in the year 2017-18.

Dr. Lal has diverse experience in implementation of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS),Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), Accounting Standards and consultancy in various fields such as Taxation(Direct & Indirect), Accounting, Auditing, Banking, NBFC, Corporate Governance, Corporate& Finance Strategy.

Dr. Lal has enlightened the Audit Committee/ Top Management of Union Bank of India on various facts of Ind AS and the implications on implementation of the same in Bank. He has conducted training session on IFRS-9, IFRS-13 and Internal Controls in banking sector in Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Nepal and also enlightened the Board/Top Management of ADB to implement NFRS in bank especially in estimating Expected Credit Loss (ECL) and Asset Valuation in Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund (DCGF).

He was awarded for Commendable Contribution in activities of the profession from Northern India Regional Council of ICAI on 20th February, 2016 and received Certificate of Appreciation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) in the gracious presence of Hon'ble Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, President of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal in 2014.

Dr. Lal who firmly believes in Generation, Distribution & Sharing of knowledge. He has trained many CAs and other professionals for implementation and compliance of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Accounting Standards (AS). He has attended more than 500 Audit committee meetings of the listed, unlisted Companies, Public Sector Undertaking and NBFC.

Dr. Bhaskar has served as an IAS officer with the Indian Government for 42 years and retired in September 2016. His last assignment was as Director General & CEO with an Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs & before that, he was the Secretary of the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises. During this long career, he acquired vast experience and in-depth knowledge in the fields of Education, Rural Development, Steel, Coal, Mining, Textiles, Public Sector, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Mediation and Arbitration. He was closely associated with the framing of the CSR legislation for India and the formulation of the rules thereafter. Of late, he has acquired a formidable reputation in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Mr. Pawan is a former General Manager of the Union Bank of India with an illustrious career of more than three decades. Before becoming General Manager, he was the Chairman of Kashi Gomati S.G. Bank, Varanasi for 2 years. He has worked extensively in field operations and headed many Branches, Regions & Zones & having experience in the Rural & Agriculture Business Department. He has vast experience in various administrative & functional capacities at Branches, Zonal Offices and Corporate Office levels. He has done graduation in Science. He has also passed the Independent Director Exam conducted by IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India and several certification courses while serving the Bank.

He has published a research paper in the field of Nanotechnology and Smart Structures and also done projects on Composite Structures and Air Pollution. He has been a part of One Day Workshop on Innovative Practices in Cement and Construction Industry and also been awarded prize in Cube Casting Competition. He has been extensively involved in supervision of construction and valuation of residential and commercial projects. He is also pursuing Law. He is also on the board of companies eg. Mr. Rajiv has over 25 years of diversified experience serving clients in India and internationally in the areas of business valuation, banking, behavioral finance, strategy, M&A, restructuring, risk management and internal controls. Rajiv is frequently retained in complex valuation disputes. He also has experience serving either as an expert witness or consultant in an array of valuations related to litigation including economic damages. Rajiv has been retained as an expert witness in the Arbitral Tribunal/Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) in India and abroad including The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in leading valuation cases relating to economic damages, transfer pricing and transactional disputes. He consulted on a corporate restructuring plan that was a key facilitator in a complete turnaround of a leading PSU in the construction industry which currently has ''Navratana'' status. He has also provided consulting services to FOREX dealing room/treasury of leading banks and corporates.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1996, he became a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2001. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (USA), a valuer qualified from the ICAI and a registered valuer with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Rajiv has served on the board of the Union bank of India (2018-2021). He was afforded an opportunity to chair the audit committee, was included as a member of the risk management committee, the amalgamation committee (supervised merger of two public sector banks namely Andhra bank and Corporation Bank with UBI), the committee for monitoring frauds and the nomination and remuneration committee of the board. He extensively contributed in the areas of internal controls, fraud and risk management, valuation, treasury management and customer services practices of the bank. He was instrumental in bringing a new valuation policy in 2018 based on IVS and also supervised the valuation of financial instruments of the bank for Ind-AS purposes. He is also on the Board of Machino Plastics Ltd, a listed auto component company.
